1. Academy Identity & Purpose

Vidya Fashion Academy ("VFA", "the Academy", "we") operates an independent fashion design, pattern drafting, and couture atelier in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Our website at vfaonline.in provides prospective students, design educators, and institutions with detailed syllabus information, interactive career tools, and direct consultation booking channels.

2. Consultations & Admission Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form, requesting a course syllabus, or booking an in-person studio visit does not constitute an admission offer, contractual enrolment, or guaranteed seat reservation.

• Studio Evaluation: Admission into our diploma programs (such as Fashion Designing & Boutique Management or Fashion Designing & Styling) requires a physical atelier interview and review of aptitude, creative commitment, and foundational literacy.
• Batch Capacities: To maintain our 90% practical studio benchmark and ensure direct master-to-student table mentoring, cohort sizes are strictly capped. Places are offered in order of evaluated aptitude and formal agreement.
• Physical Studio Requirement: Our diploma programs are delivered physically on-site at our Bengaluru studio. There is no distance learning or purely theoretical substitute for master garment drafting.

3. Institutional Hosting & Tour Requests (Shingo Sato India Tour)

Submitting a host enquiry for the Shingo Sato Transformational Reconstruction (TR) India Tour January 2027 initiates an institutional feasibility dialogue:

• No Automatic Booking: Submitting an enquiry does not lock dates or create a binding engagement.
• Institutional Agreement: Tour stops (planned for 4–5 premier design campuses) are confirmed only after bilateral evaluation of campus practical labs (mannequins, cutting tables, industrial irons), host logistical commitments (flights, local hospitality), and execution of a formal memorandum of understanding (MOU).
• Fee Structure: The verified institutional hosting fee is US$750/day. Host institutions are responsible for covering air travel and standard accommodation for both Shingo Sato and Master Instructor Vidya Vivek.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes or Exaggerated Claims

Vidya Fashion Academy stands firmly on educational authenticity:

• We do not guarantee specific income figures, automated business turnover, or employment placements. While our students achieve independence, success in bespoke fashion requires diligent craftsmanship, business acumen, and relentless client relationship building.
• The Independent Maker Income Planner is a mathematical scenario-planning tool provided for educational clarity. It simulates gross margins and unit break-evens based on user-supplied numbers; it does not constitute financial advice or an income guarantee from the Academy.
• We teach verified physical craft and drafting science. We make no claims of "AI-proof" shortcuts or instant success.

5. Intellectual Property & Curriculums

All course syllabi, specialized pattern drafting sequences, Transformational Reconstruction teaching materials, photographs of student and faculty garments, and website editorial copy are the intellectual property of Vidya Fashion Academy and Master Vidya Vivek, or are licensed under explicit agreement.

You may not copy, republish, resell, or distribute our curriculum structures or course documentation for commercial training purposes without prior written authorization.

6. Student Work & Privacy

All student work, garments, toiles, and portfolio photography presented on this website are published with the express written consent of the respective student makers. Ownership of original garments remains with the student maker.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of the use of this website or initial admission consultations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
