Day 1 Morning: Body Measurement Protocol & Italian Sloper Drafting

Studio Output: Custom flat pattern draft with calculated bust-to-waist dart ratios.

Day 1 Afternoon: Calico Toile Cutting & Mannequin Pin Fitting

Studio Output: Fitted muslin bodice trial, armscye contour correction, and neck depth balance.

Day 2 Morning: Padded Cup Insertion, Internal Boning & Canvas Stay

Studio Output: Structural interlining assembly without external stitch marks.

Day 2 Afternoon: Invisible Zip Insertion, Piping & Hand Hemming

Studio Output: One complete, perfectly fitted bespoke demonstration blouse.

Materials & Atelier Tools

Provided by the Atelier:

  • Unbleached calico muslin for toile fitting
  • Pattern drafting brown paper and cardstock
  • Industrial machines, irons, and pressing hams
  • Specialist padded bra cups and cotton canvas stay

Please Bring to Studio:

  • Personal fabric scissors, paper scissors, and tailor chalk
  • Measuring tape and standard pins

Eligibility & Technical Readiness

Foundational sewing ability; familiarity with operating a sewing machine.
